  • Yes. A standard security deposit of $250 is required.

  • Utilities are not included in the monthly rent.

    Wi-Fi, valet trash, and pest control are billed separately each month:

    Valet Trash: $35/month

    Technology Fee: $85/month

    Pest Control: $5/month

    Water, sewer, and electricity are individually metered and billed based on usage through your resident portal.

  • Altair by Soltura offers lease terms ranging from 7 to 18 months. Shorter-term leases between 7 and 11 months may include a premium.

  • Altair by Soltura is a pet-friendly community with breed and weight restrictions. A one-time pet fee and monthly pet rent apply. Please contact the leasing office for full details.

  • Rent is due on the first of each month and can be paid through the resident portal. Payments can be made up until the 3rd.

  • Yes. Renters insurance is required for all residents. You may enroll in the community’s program or provide your own coverage.

  • Each resident is assigned a mailbox within the community. Packages are delivered directly to your front door.

  • Yes. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Reserved parking options include:

    Garages: $175/month

    Carports: $75/month

  • Yes. Designated guest parking areas are available throughout the community.

  • Altair by Soltura is located near a variety of shopping and dining options in Fort Myers. Nearby destinations include The Forum shopping area, Target, Publix, and a range of local restaurants and everyday conveniences, making it easy to take care of errands close to home.

  • Altair by Soltura is located near several golf courses in the Fort Myers area, including Eastwood Golf Course, Verandah Golf Club, and Eagle Ridge Golf Club. These options provide convenient access to both public and private courses within a short drive.
